    Cloudy Urine

    Guys, as of the past few months I have seen cloudy urine...when i am drinking a lot of water it seems clear, but other times (like first thing in the morning) and after a night of drinking, my urine is cloudy.

    Anyone experience this??

    its normal. just drink more water. its a sign of dehydration and/or malnutrition.

    Like they said aas and alcohol do not mix. Only use gear if you are serious about your body. Not if you are going to toxify it nightly or on any kind of basis. I'm not saying don't drink but when on cycle keep it to an extreme minimum.

    drink plenty of water! does your urine have a strong smell to it as well? if so, get to a doctor. i had the same thing for a while, and it hada strong smell. drinkn lots of water can help but if it doesnt go away see a doctor, can be the sign of a kidney or urinary tract infection

    better safe than sorry

    (and i didnt mention steroids at all, but high protein intake can be a cause of cloudy urine)

    it's all about dehydration like newbrew said..I remember when I was younger someone said if you piss sprite everything is alright...but if you piss mountain dew, you need more water....I wouldnt worry about it, unless it gets extremely dark and or bloody, which is very rare

    sounds like a urine infection to me, go to your doc and he can say for sure and give you tablets or something
