if your worried about joint pain... then load up on some Glucosamine, this helps lube the joints. I dont have joint pain from winny though.

Winny dries your joints... therefore, they are lubricated less... causing discomfort that many people mention having...

Joints
It seems like it is different for everyone, but I get really bad joint pain from winny. So bad I stopped and switched to anavar .
There is some research done that shows winny hurts "collagen synthesis" in the joints.
You might try a search on "collagen" but basically the research (if it is true) shows that enough winny can make a 20 year olds joints as fragile as a 50 year olds.

Glucosamine/Chondroitin stack might help, make sure you start your stack 2-4 weeks out before you go on the winny.

I've never seen any solid evidence that Winny is detrimental to joints. I recently rehabbed a Knee injury while on Winny/TestProp.

do you think it just depends on the person?

Possibly. But I think that the "Winny degrades collagen fibers cross linking integrity" quote I always read (parroted from the "Animal Mass" thread by many people who have exactly nothing original to say, and simply repeat anything they read without checking references), has yet to be demonstrated.

You might want to try a Glucosamine, Chondriton, MSM combo like Triflex at GNC. I have used that and it worked very well. Much better than just Glucosamine alone. It is a little pricey though and it doesn't work overnight. In fact, I am going to pick some more up right now.

Cherry's are a natural anti-inflammatory. Add them to your diet, some elderly people I have worked with swear by them (eating hundreds a day) but even if it doesn't help you that much, its at least some good nutrition. Win win in my book.

Also, any healthy fats will help lubricate your joints. Flax seed, fish oil, omega 3, etc....

Yup - omega 3,6,9's and a Gluco/Chondrition/MSM formula will work great.
