Lots of ?'s
First off, Thanks to all for all the info on here. There is really alot of great stuff on here. I still need to do somemore looking around but I am really new at this so its starting to feel a little overwhelming. Im hoping that someone can get me started in the right direction. My stats of now are that I'm 31, 5'9, 145, 7%bodyfat. I have a pretty small frame so I look bigger than that. Most guess me at 155 or 160. I lift about 5-6 days a week. My goal is to actually get to about 155-160. Basically Ive been stuck at 145 since I started lifting 4 years ago.
I have a few questions to which I have no clue the answer.
First, If I do one cycle. Can I gain 10-15lbs of muscle and will I be able to keep it though a good diet and working out without having to rejuice? Or once I start I'll have to continue to keep what I've gained? Also, if so how do I know when to start another cycle so I can keep it and not continue to gain?
Also, what should I start out with and how much to limit the side effects such as balding, breaking out, limp dick, etc. I'm currently taking a drug to stop hairloss similar to propecia. Its not marketed for it but it works great. Its dutasteride if anyone has heard of it. I just dont want to have any interaction difficulties if I can avoid it.

Eating more protien is the safest route, but being in here, you are obviously looking for more than that. Can you tell us what your workout history is as well as your present lifting schedule, things of that nature.

I use avodart/dutasteride daily - no problems using it while on.

Thanks for the advice guys. I've been taking whey about 1-2 servings everyday along with eating regularly for the past 6 months. Admittedly I havent been the most consistant with my eating program. Maybe thats the best route (for now..hehe)
Someone did mention a test cycle. Whats that about?

Dunt ferget about your fats.. need mass quantities of good fats .. for their high caloric value
