clen/t3 (& keto? or benadryl?), please help!

i need to order clen , t3 that i want to use both at the same time.
i did my research, read about keto and benadryl, about t3 dosage formulas, but its difficult for me to plan this cycle.
first question, how long minimum? i was thinkin about 4-6 wks of both these drugs at the same time... too short? too long?
dosages... i know ho to dose clen with the "old" clen/eca, 2on2off, method.
what about clen & t3?
please, please, please, help me to write this cycle this way:

--> t3:
1,2,3......................
--> clen:
1,2,3.....................
--> keto (or bena?):
............................

for the full period you think is the best!

id go 6 weeks... 3rd week of clen take 50 mg of benadryl everyday, this will allow you to go 6 weeks straight. as far as the t3 run it 6 weeks with the clen. it is important to dose the t3's right. use the 5/45/55 method. 5 % of the time should be spent ramping up , 45 % of the time should be spent at a max dose then 55% of the time should be spent ramping down. you dont wanna mess up your thyroid. be safe

what about clen ? do i start from 1-2 pills and go up till 120-140mcg ed and keep it constant till the end?

Id start at about 40-60mcg, and increse the dosage untill the side effects are bad...

I'm taking 200mcg right now, and plan on finishing 6 weeks at that ammount.

benedryl supposedly cleans out the receptors which get worn out by prolonged clen usage (thats why it's used 2 on 2 off generally) but with the benadryl you can extend this time frame.
