Twice now i have gone off creatine while on my cycle, and noticed immediately the effects of going off at the gym. The last few power reps arent there, and i did lose water weight (no big deal, it just f's with my head while im on the scale).
Everyone on here says theres no need for creatine while on a cycle.
Ok, well not repeating what you heard on here like a ton of people do, wheres the real world experience with this?

I incorporated Creatine ethyl ester into my cycle halfway through, and its starting to make a big difference. I definitely advocate it.

I use NO-Xplode (contains creatine) on cycle and off, it gives great pumps and an energy boost.

I've done it, did 15g /day for a good part of my first cycle, then discontinued and noticed no difference. It does how ever make a very noticeable difference off cycle for me.
on cycle it didnt make a big diff...but off cycle it helped me keep some of that power
