Question for everyone about Winny

I just wanted to know how many of you find the following the most effective...

Drinking the winny depot or Injecting the winny depot

sheez.....this question again ???? if you've got a lagging muscle - like say your legs look like twigs, shoot it in there, or your biceps feel like marshmallows, shoot it in there. else, just drink the stuff. still works great.

I've taken it both orally and injecting...and I found injecting to be noticeably better. But next time I do it, I will probably only shoot it M-W-F and take tabs on the 'off' days.

I really hate injections, and that's with using a 25g.
