I don't know if its the gear or if its the protein powder and bars...whats the deal? My farts smell so bad it makes me wanna gag! And I don't think my girlfriend can take it anymore. They're even bad for me - I leave one room cause I fart and dont want to smell it.... I go to the other room and then the whole house pretty much smells. Seriously, guys, what do you use, gas X or something? What will help me??? :blush:
Beano, maybe some pepto bizmol. theres a lot of things that cause bad smelling farts. what happens is the bacteria in your stomach eat the food you ingest (aparanly brocoli and cabbage are the worst). dont stop with the protien it might be fueling the fire, but try taking pepto bizmol and beano first.
lol its all the extra protein your taking in not the juice. i have this prob every time im bulking and taking in mucho amounts of protein. just take any ordinary gas med at the local pharmacy.

you can buy papaya enzyme. works like a charm. got mine at a health food store but drugs stores carry it to sometimes. mine's made by swiss natural sources. stuff's cheap to

Green Tea is supposed to kill bacteria in the intestines.
Some of it is protein, a lot of it is malitol (sp?). I have the same problem. I can stick up my entire house in 30 mins flat. Peppermint tea helps. I drink peppermint tea mixed with green tea every night and it seems to alleviate most of it for a while.
i think there may be a consensus on this site that we all rip ass all day, constantly because of our diet/lifestyle. it just goes with the game. it does get annoying though after a while, but it's kind of gratifying to be able to rip 'em all day. haha
Are they fina farts? Anyway the protein could cause some of that, do you have a girlfriend or children you can share these with?
