    Bro, this isn't meant as a flame, but, you've done 2 cycles before, right?

    IMO, you should have had the majority of this ironed out before doing your first... you would have benefited from a perfected diet greatly...

    I suppose late is better than never though .... good to see you're doing research now...

    You're going to find that difficult to do with the dietary approach you have currently IMO...

    Gear is great and all, but when it comes down to it, your diet is the determing factor on whether your cycle was just 'ok', or 'great'...

    i have benefited from my current diet and going to take your advice. To be honest my friend kinda pushed my first cyle on me and since then have spent days and days researchin, so i actually consider this my first real cycle

    1st was deca 400mg 8 weeks, second was tren 50mg eod for 8 weeks. See its weird, my one friend is huge and i would listen to him, but after i started doing research waht he was telling me was crap. Now i just tell him what i want based off of what ive learned. I didnt even know about pct for a while. I can believe he didnt say **** about cloid or pct at all! Im 6'0 192

    Dam, he advised you to run deca , and fina, alone? He's not doing you any favours...

    takin nolva now, have clomid, and have heard decent things about clen . looking forward to actually maintaining some gains this time round
