    Tanning

    I just want to make a quick comment.....I have suffered from both on cycle and post cycle back acne which i have been complaining about on this board. It has become a annoying problem, and its seems common. Anyway, with the advise of a few members, i went tanning yesterday, and I have to say, I feel and see a difference after the first session! Alot of them have dried down and the scars are harder to see. Just wanted to share that for anyone with the same problem. I plan to go twice a week.

    Glad to hear your problem is going away. The only reason I do tan is to keep the bumps away. Espically when on a cycle.

    tanning is a good way to dry up acne. my dermatologist reccommends it for me cause of my bacne. it also gives you that tighter look
