possibly adding in deca to cycle

i dont have much of it but i dont really want to run to much deca due to the bloating effect it gives me. but i do have enough to run 150mgs through 16 weeks. i was thinking of doing this because of helping the joints.. i wll be running 400mgs of EQ that long and a couple weeks longer of 600mgs test E/Cyp.. you think i will get any other benefits out of it that low of dosage besides the joint help? jw if it will help work for stregnth on top of the EQ..

150mg is low for Deca. I doubt you would see much gainwise, but it would be enough for joint care. I don't see any benefits you would get other than that.

If all your looking for is joint relief, try some glucosamine. Takes about two weeks to kick in. It's been working great for my shoulder.
