Question...
What are you guys doing as far as ED or EOD? And how do you normally rotate spot injections via workouts(Start left delt and work around to the other or left delt/right rt delt/ rt quad/left quad ect.)? I want to have my workouts fall into my inject schedule when I start at the end of the month. Thanks in Advance.

I like prop ed better personally.
As for where to rotate, i just shoot whatever is not sore at the moment since I do a lot of injections.
i'm gonna be doing mine ED rotating delts, quads, bis, and tris, and maybe my glutes if i have to. It doesn't really matter if you go left right left right. Just do it however you can remember it or however you choose. Nice cycle btw...

u can use it ed but eod is ok. halflife is long enough for eod shots.
it doesn t really matter at what time u inject I ll just don t do it too late in the evening, cause I can t sleep well afterwards.
I prefer ed injections
