    Not to hijack this thread, but I have been on b-12 for about a week and a half at 1000mcg ed injectable and I have not noticed a hunger or energy increase. Should I be seeing it by now or does it take longer for this to take effect.

    From what I understand, not everyone responds to b-12.

    Also, Another bro stated before that when he injects B12 with a Bcomplex that has the other b-vitamins he did not get hungry.

    It could be in your head, nut it does not has the same effect on everyone as far as hunger and energy, maybe experiment with the doses.

    I love b12, I think it works awesome.
    I dont notice any change in apetite cuz I am always hungry 24/7.
    But as far as energy goes, I totally can tell, especially when I work out.
    It definitly does not hurt to take it,
    its cheap and if you dont mind a little stick every now and then its well worth it.
    B-12 also supports the nervous system!
    Which is very important.
