i tried his program for 3 months and gained 6lbs in good mass
i even ate 6 meals a day
and in good mass i mean partly fat and little muscle gains
im not too impress with my fat gains

I definitely dont believe. I think this guy has figured out how to utilize insulin AAS and a fat loss agent like DNP effectively or something to that extent

honestly, at 157 lbs, i can't imagine that "110% of women" stare at this guy... i mean, 157 u could maybe be big with like 2% body fat, but c'mon now man...
