    Excited about new cycle!! please help me out

    Frist off, I'd like to thank this sight for providing me with so much information. I read the forums on a daily basis and have gained alot of knowledge about weightlifting through them.

    That being said...I have done 3 previous cycles. I am 6' tall and weigh 215lbs. This is the cycle I am currently running:

    TestE: 500mgs per week, weeks 1-12
    D-bol: 35mgs per day, weeks 1-4
    EQ: 300mgs per week, weeks 6-12
    Nolva and clomid on hand plus ACG and tribulus fuel for PCT.

    Supplements: Milkthistle 1000mgs ed, B-12 1000mcgs ed, B-6 100mg ed, Vitamin E 800iu ed, Flax Seed Oil 1000mg ed, Plenty of Vitamin C, Men's One-a-day vitamin, CytoMax pre-performance, and Muscle Milk protein powder.

    Diet: high protein diet consisting of shakes, egg whites, chicken, steak, pasta, rice

    Here is my new split workout plan:

    Day1: chest
    Day2: legs
    Day3: shoulders
    Day4: chest
    Day5: back
    Day6: rest
    Day7: rest

    I want to incorporate bi's and tri's everyother day into this cycle, working them out at a different time than the main body part. So it will actually look like this:

    Day1: chest/bi
    Day2: legs/tri
    Day3: shoulders/rest
    Day4: chest/bi
    Day5: back/tri
    Day6: rest
    Day7: rest

    The reason I am working out chest twice is because it is my weakest point and the area where I would like to see the most improvement. The same goes with my arms. I feel that while on this cycle, I will be able to endure this hard routine with great results.

    This is my plan to its fullest. Please help me out with it. Feel free to be as rude as necessary. I want to get some massive gains!!!!!

    well then why are you only running 6 weeks of EQ? It takes 6 weeks for it to kick in! So 12 weeks minimum, also EQ is a mild drug and 300mg a week is too low for EQ so i suggest bumping it up to 400mg. Run the test to week 13 and the EQ to week 12.

    6 weeks at 300mg is pointless, as for your workout, id run one of your off days between day 3 and 4, but just listen to your body if you feel like your overtraining the cut back

    I am ending my 3rd week on the test and dbol , so are you saying I need to start the EQ now?

    eq is most effective ran at 12weeks or more, so most people would say it is somewhat of a waste to run it at anything less (as consitency said above it takes a while to kick in)

    I like EQ at 15 weeks minimum. Since you are 3 weeks into things you wouldn't see anything from it until about week 8. Probably better to save it for your next.

    What would you reccomend for me to add to this cycle? I'm not sure I am sastisfied with just running test and dbol .

    trying to stay away from the orals...any suggestions?
