Can you post your diet and training program? From the looks of your pictures, although you're very lean you should be able to bulk up a lot more naturally. I'm guessing when we examin you're diet we'll be able to see the problem.

By the way, I only say this because if you use steroids and your diet is not on key, when you come off you will lose all of your gains. You need to have a strong dietary foundation and know how to gain mass naturally before diving into anabolics.

Your arms (biceps and triceps) can be done several times a week
As you get bigger your arms will naturally bulk up, to define them, do more concentrated curls; even do burn outs
Your stack is fine, although i would suggest a shot every 5 days instead of every 7
I hope your trying to bulk, that is a bulking stack.
Eat lower fat foods. . still eat high carbs and high protein, just less fat
im on the same cycle right now, but i use dbols as kickstart the 4first weeks. so far (im on week 3-4) so good, gained about 11pounds (from 98kg - 103kg) last time i checked. hey btw u from scandanavia? whereabouts mate? im from there too so its nice talking to someone else from the same areas =D

when u work on the pecks u could do triceps aswell, when back do biceps and shoulders triceps and legs biceps...thats how i do it anyway
looks like your diet and training are pretty right on... and the cycle looks ok, although just the sust eod would be just as good in my oppinion for a 1st cycle....
I suggest you really kill yourself in the gym during the cycle and take no fancy supplements beside protien while on the juice. Then creatine up during your PCT and you wont notice any loss as much.

You think I should cut out on the Deca? Sounds pretty resonable to pass out on the creatine during the cycle. Yes I thought I'd add some things my workout schedule also when I go on the cycle. As I understand it the recovery (proteinsynthesis) after workouts are alot faster when on a cycle.
im on a sust based cycle.... trust me, stay away from it: its one of the most painful things ever tried in my life! dunno if its me or what, but that sh!t hurts... hurts!!!

yesterday i injected sust with tren hoping for less pain: if possible, today, its even worse thant the last 2 wks with sust only!!!
So you plan on using 250mgs of sus per week shooting eod??? That would be less than a quarter of a ml per inject hard to measure and a major waste of good sticks.
I am using mexican supertest 250 ( sust ) and if anything should hurt it should... and It dont and I gain great from it...
Sust dosent hurt one little bit... or perhaps it did years ago and I am just used to it....
and no decca required for cycle one man... seriously its throwing away your money...
my best friend streched a single 10cc bottle of mexican testosterone enanthate over a 12 week period with a fast taper on and a slow taper off... and no PCT...
it was his first cycle and he gained plenty and all it cost him was 16$ and a trip to mexico... ( he is always broke so he juiced on a budget... lol ) kept his gains fine with 250mg a day of dhea and creatine... looked like he didnt loose a single pound..
decca is a waste on cycle 1...
