Hello. I am a healthy 19 year old male and was interested in taking
DECA -DURABOLIN for a couple of months just to start off. I am 6'3 and weigh 220lbs. I have a little stomach but a nice build. I was wondering if anyone that has took it can tell me any of there side affects or bodily changes they had experienced. How big they got and if they lost the gains once they came off. I heard this is one of the safes steroids around
(although there are no safe steriods ). Any information would help me greatly.

ok i have to roll pretty soon so i will just say what i have to say. 1.) you have alot of researching to do before you put anything in your body. 2.) You need to get on a clean strict diet and w/o routine. 3.) you never do Deca Alone you should always run Test with it. 4.) When you have researched for a couple of months, have a diet, and w/o routine then your ready. For your fist cycle do a test only cycle. 500mg of Test E and you might want to run some Var (50mg) cause you said you have a little belly. Make sure you also run Clomid and Nolva. Good luck

Deca alone can cause a lose of libido and the ability to have an errection. IF you are just going to use one kind of injectable - I and many others would go with testosterone .

I am going to go against the general consensus and say test only isn't the best option for a beginner cycle. I would use test/deca . The reasoning is you need something to help compensate your joints while you are getting a rapid increase in muscle. Rapid muscle growth puts stress on the joints and deca will help compensate for this.

I would do this (when you turn 22)
weeks 1-12 500mg's week of Test Enan.
weeks 1-11 3-400 mg's week of Deca
weeks 1-14 10mg of Nolvadex
Then PCT starting 2 weeks after last test injection.

Possible acne
possible hair loss
water retention
possible elevated blood prsseure
possible lactating (milk coming from your nipples, this is from the "safe" deca , not test)

There is no side effect free steroid .
