    Glute pin length for me?

    I see alot of different opinins so what do yall think I should use for the glute?
    I'm not real lean, I'd guess ~17%-18% bodyfat judging by that reference picture.
    I've been using 1" and it's all good, but not sure if I'm getting deep enough? My buddy also has used this for years.
    I'm sort of nervous about a 1.5" because I feel like it's 50%more chance of hitting nerves/arteries (lol). But also nervous about lumps or whatever...

    So what do yall think? Thanks for the input

    If you're nervous hit other spots. 1.5 is pretty standard for glutes. Even at lower BF than you. Plenty of areas you can hit with a one inch.

    I sit around 10-14% body fat year round depending on winter vs summer. I use 1.5" on glutes and a 1" everywhere else

    Austinite, I'm way to nervous to try other spots lol. I'd have to have somebody help me with that one, in person.

    Delts are super easy. Those are the only two ive ever done. Kind of excited/nervous to add quads in my next cycle since ill be pinnin ED

    1.5 is a breeze man. Nothing to worry about. Just stay calm and don't rush your injection and you'll be fine!

    Agree. Delts and lats are my favorite spots.

    Do the different sites just serve as another place to pin, or is there any other effect/reason?

    Yes. You always want to rotate sites to prevent too much scar tissue build up in one area.

    I just started doing quads and I shouldn't have started with Tren . Pip is pretty bad there for at least 2 days. I go glutes with the same volume and it's usually no problem. Not sure if it's the Tren or what but some days after a pin (night pinning) I can barely sit on the toilet without severe pain.

    Roughly how many pins in the glute before you may get scar tissue?
