Eating lots of red meat post-cycle?

Since studies have shown that men who eat lots of red meat tend to have the highest testosterone levels , would it be wise to eat lots of red meat daily when starting clomid therapy to bring back natural production?

Anything wrong with this? Anybody try this?

Red meat is excellent for this purpose but just good overall. Lean cuts are better of course. Here's some reasons why.

    1- Good source of protein
2- Good source of zinc which is essential for exzymes and testosterone production
3- Good source of iron which is essential for red blood cell count
4- Natural source of creatine. Granted, not an extremely high source on it's own, but still some is better than none.
5- Higher in fats which of course is essential for hormone production
6 Higher amounts of cholesterol which again is good for overall hormone production

One could argue that you can just take several supplements of this and that that will work out the same as this but when you think about it, it's a pretty good all in one food "supplement."

Oh and another thing, natural source of l-carnintine which is good for shuttling fatty acids into the mitochondria within muscle cells to be burned off as fuel. Hehehe how's that for looking "deep" into the red meat issue.
