I go off about 3-4x a year for 2-3 weeks of PCT.

atleast 2 times a year. i have began running 24 weekers and sh!t :D

If I do a long one like 20 weeks then I take twenty weeks off. I usually cycle as much as time lets me 10 on then I wait 10 weeks off so its how it works out.
i have at least ten weeks off inbtween wether i do a ten weeker or 20
2 time a year is more than enough i think
12 weeks on twelve weeks off for me. I start counting my 12 weeks off after PCT.
2-3 cycles a year would be good.
All the time.
time on = time off , 12 - 15 week cycles
