clen/t3 doses and cycle lengths

im going to soon order some clen and t3 for my rat. I was wondering how long i can run the clen and T3? should i only run the CLEN for 2-3 weeks or what? and what about the T3?

also, what supplements are needed with these? i know i need taurine and potassium to help clen cramps, but what else? and at what doses?
