    Talking First shot today...what do u guys think?

    Today I started my 1st cycle. Test E by Galenika & Naposim.
    Im doing a 10 week cycle and Im running dbol for 4 weeks @ 30 mg DD.

    I started today because I wanna know how my body reacts....I didnt wanna feel like **** tomorrow at work.. ( dizzy or something like that)

    But everything went perfect...shot my glute around 2:30 pm... no pain at all and I feel really good...happy and in a very good mood.

    well to make a long story short...when can i shot again?? Wednesday in the morning??

    I had it plan for mondays and thurs. but since a changed day i was wondering what can I do in this case??

    Ohh by the way...
    Here are the list of sups Im taking...
    Multivitamin
    B-6 200 mg ED
    Milk thistle one tab a day
    Flax seed oil (caps) 1000 mg 3 gelcaps a day
    vitamin C
    a supplement with L-Arginine in the morning with empty stomach.
    10 mg nolvadex with cranberry juice in the morning (starting tomorrow)

    Working out 4 times a week. (no cardio) cause im bulking

    Drinking a lot of water. gallon a day


    Taking N-Large 3 times a day.
    I dont know if a need to take whey protein(procomplex)...at least 1 shake 30 mins after workout...i think with nlarge will be enough.

    Eating 5 times a day...
    im thinking on going to mcdonalds for lunch every day...what do u guys think??

    you need to get at least 1.5 g to 2 g of protein per pound of bodyweight...

    nlarge is low quality protein (whey concentrate) but has good sugars for postworkout... only consume it post workout, and consume MHP's "up your mass" for the other two shakes of the day...

    make sure you are eating at least 6 MINIMUM meals a day...

    try to get whole food over protein shakes except for immediately post workout

    you should always do cardio regardless if your bulking or not. Its good for your heart and your lipids which get affected by AAS.

    totally agree with longhorn hit the nail on the head . YOu should always do cardio regardless of bulking or cutting. YOu sure you wanna go to mcdonalds not healthy. You are what you eat. As for n large being protein totally disagree it does have some isolates in it but yes i believe mainly that n large is one of the best weight gainers around. JUst look at the amino profile it is good ****. iT IS NOT JUST PLAIN SUGAR. go to any site and you will notice n large 2 is the most purchased weight gainer and everyone's favourite.

    what kind of protein shake??? i was thinkin on Procomplex..by ON

    so if is 3.5 days and i shot today around 2:30 will it be fine to shot again on wednesday morning right???

    and Why not take N-Large at least 2 shakes a day...I've heard good things about it..
    i mean besides a good quality MRP??

    the "complex carbs" in n large are maltodexrin which is 107 on the g.i. scale... saluu... u dont know what you are talkin about... it is whey protein and low quality at that... the best non post workout weight gainer is easily MHP's UP your MASS... look into it saluu...

    nlarge is fine as your postworkout shake, but it is not good any other time of the day, such as a meal replacement... the carbs in it are really high on the g.i. scale, so they will cause your body to store more of them as fat... it also does not have any healthy fats in it... if you are going to take a protein shake as a replacement for one of your 8 or 9 meals a day for convenience sake... take MHP's up your mass bars or shakes... or eat trioplex bars (they are probably number two on the quality scale for a mass meal replacement)

    what about cardio, how many minutes of cardio a week should i run?
    I have a big bottle of Nitro-tech that i havn't used ( because it tastes like zhit) do you guys think i should use it? or should i throw it away?

    eatrite please give me an example of your diet??? appreciate ur advice u know your zhit..bro

    one of the things that i hate is that i have to prepare my meals and take them to the office...on this case what should i do?? i dont think MRP is a good idea or bars..

    what do u guys suggest?

    muscle tech products are a joke... extremely low quality...

    never buy it again... dont throw it away beacuse that is a waste... if it is not expired you can return it at GNC if you tell them it is within thirty days of the purchase date... take it back and say you didnt like it and then tell them it was within thirty days... and they'll exchange it out for you...

    3 wheat waffles with natural penut butter
    50 g whey isolate (isopure)
    apple or orange
    banana
    Meal 2:
    MHP UP YOUR MASS shake
    Orange or apple
    wheat bagel (usually... but sometimes not)
    Meal 3:
    1.5 Chix breasts or a can of tuna
    2-3 servings of wheat pasta with ragu or prego sauce

    Post Workout:

    i suggest you start to deal with it... or get use to it... one of the two...

    it isnt hard... make 4 lbs of chicken on sunday nite and just eat it for 2 or 3 days straight... take tuna and put a1 sauce on it or old bay seasoning... make tons of pasta and brown rice... eat apples and oranges.... do whatcha gotta do man.... dedication is the name of the game...

    i also drink 32 oz of gatorade during my workout... and some gatorade in the morning...

    i eat 3 more servings of pasta throughout the day speread out too...

    thats most of what i eat... i eat a little more here and tehre

    How long is gonna take to start seeing results??? i mean with dbol ???
    i know test take about 4 to 5 weeks??? am i rite?

    the test will really kick in weeks 4-5 and the dbol effects should be felt after 5-7days of use
