hey im trying to bulk up but im thinking bout gettin some fat burners for my stomach its not the same no more. anything out there thatll work?
- If you keep a clean diet, that will help you significantly....
- 3-4 days a week of proper cardio as well wouldn't hurt.... (in the morning, empty stomach, 45mins, 65-75%HR)...
- If you need something extra, make your own thermo stack....
