    Question Is 5/8in cool for delts and calves?

    i wi bought 1.5 for glutes and i plan on injecting in calves and delts and was wondering what other size should i buy 5/8in or 1in thanks bros

    i would suggest 1 inch.

    1 inch would be fine for delts and calves.
