it will probably remain painfiul as long as you are on winny but you can take glucosamine to help reduce the joint pain
winny the pain will last the entire cycle. what else are you taking? ass? sups?
the winny pain didnt really hit me for a few weeks, but it went away within 1 week after stopping it.
Ive been offcycle for a week now. I was on Winni and Tribulas. (I know trib isnt enough test but it was my first cycle) Im takin Glutamine, B12, and Milk Thistle. I did not run a pct but am feelin fine except for the elbows. I may have been overtraining while on cycle. I would wait until my muscles werent sore anymore to hit that same muscle group again. Usually it would be 2 to 3 days rest between muscle groups.
My gains were awesome.
