Full stomach, 2 buddies of mine took them with out food and got horrible stomach cramps
I could have sworn I said to take it with urine... Oh well that is another story. Take it with your meals.Quote:

what is the diff if you take it on a empty of full stomach. if you dont feel well you know to take it with food next time.
