Taking it in shouldn't be much of a problem due to the fact all they'll be asking you when you arrive is if you'll have anything to declare.....not many people bring stuff with them when visiting the island. However leaving with it might be an issue. I'd only take what I needed and no more. Better safe than sorry.
Act normal and you'll be fine.

You mind if I ask what you're running and how many shots you'd have to take while on the island? Could be you could just skip a shot if you're not going to there for long and pick back up when you get back.

The problem is getting there, not once your there. In the U.S., they will still scan your bags, and those needles might not look to good, and they are not as duMb as you think... I am a diabetic will work in jamaica but doubt it in the U.S.
