    ideas

    5"8, 160lbs, have been working out for a lil over 2 years and i have been stuck on gains for a while. never done a cycle however i need help on a good start. thanks

    work on your diet, lift religiously for 2 more years,and do plenty of research here in the mean time

    Definitely your diet. You need to eat!!! Lay out what you eat and I bet it's not nearly enough calories as you think. You can also post it in the diet forum and you can get help with it. All the steroids in the world won't make you big unless you're pounding the food..
