    It also depends on how much liquid your taking in. When I used to only drink 1 and a half gallons of water ed I used to have normal craps, but Lately been drinking about 2 gallons of water and half a gallon of milk ed and I have noticed a difference.

    Might lay off the milk for a while, because it's making me take wierd craps...
