I've been reading this forum for a few months now and I've really learned alot from reading all your posts. I've read all the educational threads and I'm still finding some conflicting info. Can you guys check this out and give me some feedback.

Age = 24
Height = 5"10
weight = 180 lbs
body fat = 11%

I would like to put on about 5-10 lbs while really leaning out for the summer. This is my first cycle so I want to go slow and easy. How is this cycle.

Test cyp - 10 weeks 300 mg/week
Eq - 9 weeks 400 mg/week (running test 1 week longer at the end)
winny - 5 weeks 50 mg/day

When should i run the clomid and do i even need nolva for this cycle. Do you guys think this is too heavy for my first cycle. Should I be including anything else. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks playas.

it will work, run the clomid 2 weeks after your last test injection, and yes keep nolva on hand and run it at 10 mg ED ifyou want but have it.

def. have the nolva. you might also want to consider takin milk thistle while on winny. it'll keep the toxins out of your liver.

If you have have any clue that you are receeding in the hairline area or thinning on top then I would avoid the winny. I like EQ at 12 weeks minimum.

Have you posted the diet you will be running in that forum? Nolva is a must. I prefer test 100mg more more than eq @ that level of eq. I assume your winny is at the end.

Nolva is a must, you have no idea how you will react to possible side effects. The perfect first cycle in my opinion is test only for 10-12 weeks. You can cut on that as long as your diet is good. Good to understand how you react to one compound before adding others, I am glad I did.

Very helpful guys thanks for the advice. Do you know if I will be prone to acne on this cycle though. Since the summer is just around the corner I would hate to have break out. Is there anything that I can do to combat this?

Take some b-5 and shower.

LOL..i realize you have to shower bro but is there a special kind of soap that you use that helps. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Its not... If you hit the search button and type in acne you will get like a thousand hits.

Apply Dial dishwashing soap to your back and problem areas (except your face) and dont wash it off before you go to bed, wash it off the next morning, over a few days you should notice some considerable improvement!

wil.. ive never heard of leaving on your body... how do you do that? just jump in bed all suddy? i used dial but washed it off and didnt get good results so im just wondering if should have left it on like you said....

If you are worried about acne make sure you are going to the tanning bed to dry out all the oils.

Also i would do your cycle like this.


wk 1-18-Test cyp -500 mg/week
wk 1-12-Eq -400 mg/week
wk 12-17-winny -50 mg/d

That sounds pretty intimidating. This is my first cycle, do you think that might be too much?

Acne is most likely going to happen at the end of the cycle as your body is not producing its own test and the test you injected is dropping rapidly. Keeping test levels stable while on will help you out which means making sure you do your injections on time. Neutrogena makes acne soap, its at the grocery store. Use it on your back and face. Take at least 2 showers a day and don't skip one after you workout.

I would stick with test only for the first cycle. That's the safest route. I think test/eq is a great cycle but I am glad I added 1 thing at a time and was cautious becuase no one can tell you how your body will react.

I disagree for a first timer. I would keep it at 13 weeks. Like so.

wk 1-13-Test cyp -500 mg/week
wk 1-12-Eq -400 mg/week
wk 9-15-winny -50 mg/d
Day after last Winny start PCT.

1-12test c. 500mg/week
1-10 eq 400mg/week
8-12 winni mg/d
