Hi everybody... I just want to know how do u guys keep track or your steroid 's dose scheduale.

Do u just depend on ur memory?
Do u just use pen & paper?
Do u use a computer software?

I use MS Word's calendar feature. I plan out my cycle and fill in the days that I need to take a shot. Once I take the shot for that day, I cross it out. I used to go by memory untill I started shooting twice a week.

Memory. Never write anything down. Could be used against you.

    Excel cycle tracking

Cycle Planner is a decent Excel spreadsheet that is available here. I have my own Excel spreadsheet that I make up to track what I'm taking and at what dose for each day, including PCT and stuff like Nolvadex , clenbuterol , milk thistle, trib, etc. I KNOW my cycle, but it helps to glance at this sheet in the morning just to remind me what's on the menu for that day. Of course where I live though I don't have to worry about having it written down... I also keep my training split on the same sheet to help keep me on track for some of the extra workouts I do while on-cycle.
