I just did my first injection today! so hoorah for me..
but my question is, some people mix oil in with their gear. My friend uses regular canola oil from the grocery store...
is there a special type of oil that most ppl use or is that sort of stuff fine?

I dont think canola oil is very sterile? i personally wouldnt use it. try something sterile or b-12

they are talking about b12 to inject. not the pill. what are you on that you want to add oil? are your injections that painful?
use pure grapeseed oil and bake it at 400 degrees for 1hour
i'm running deca and test e....
it's not unbearable pain, but it doesn't exactly feel that good. Makes my legs feel as if they are really sore, like the day after a big squat workokut...
and if it helps and it's not hard to add to the injection then I figure it can't hurt.
