    What gauge size ?

    just a quick question. Running my first cycle with Deca , Sust250 and Stano.
    Was wondering what size gauge i need for the sust and deca?
    I have 23G 1", and wanted to know if that would be ok for the Sust/Deca as the stano is water based and should be ok, as far as i know.

    Yeah, thats fine for everywhere but glutes. glutes is generally 23g 1.5inch. But if you have a low enough bodyfat you can pull it off with the 1 inch.

    Glutes = 23g 1.5inches

    Every were else = 25g 1inch

    I use 25g 1.5" in glutes and 26g 1" for spot jabbing delts , bis ,tris 21g to draw all.
    No probs at all.
