Nolv 10mg ED
I really want to start cutting. I read some other threads that i should start clen during pct? is this true? With a good diet and exersize and use of clen could i probably lose a good amount of BF? in other words is clen worth it? thx

i like it, but in my experience you get out what you put in...
as long as diet is there, you will be good to go. To be honest last year I cut nasty with ephedra alone, and it worked great. But 2 weeks on and off with ephedra and clen seems like a good combo so you can lay off the ECA for a while, and let the clen take over and vice versa. See if it works out for you. Just be careful to up the dose little by little or you'll be a jitter bug come bed time

on the ecy how many mg of the y. i have only done eca before
5 mg of yohimbine with each dose. Buy a yohimbe extract and look at the percentage of yohimbine, e.g. 500 mg yohimbe standardized for 1% yohimbine = 5 mg yohimbine
Be careful with yohimbine, some people do not respond well to it. If you experience headaches while taking it, stop immediately. Yohimbine can cause intercranial blood pressure to skyrocket in some people, not trying to discourage you, just be aware.
