    I think my gear is bunk

    8 weeks on, gained 10 pounds, pretty lean, but....
    on 600 mg/week of sust + 50 mg/eod of tren , you think i would have gained more, plus, i gained the 10 after 2 weeks of m1t i threw in mid cycle...
    ive been using P*L second generation 400 sust and tren,
    any thoughts?
    and yes...ive been eating clean and training 5 x a week

    does clean=lots of calories? The only way you gain weight is with food...and who is to say 10 lean pounds isn't good?

    Better yet, break down your diet for us and ill tell you if your gear is bunk or if it's your diet

    Any strength gains? Since you are on Sus you should notice some water retention. So have you noticed any?

    no, not really, like i said, i really didnt notice anything till i threw in the m1t, i have 250 grams of protein in shakes a day plus food, i also take meal replacements when i cant eat, i eat alot of chicken and steak, i eat lotsa carbs but little fat.

    Think of it this way, if your gear is $hit, then you just gained 10 pounds naturally. Maybe you dont need gear yet.

    10 lean pounds isnt bad bro. and 50mg tren e0d is rather low imo. I don't suppose you have a pic of the gear you are using to post do you?

    "lotsa" doesnt tell us details.... I bet youre not eating enough to grow.

    I've used one on their products-it was a blend-I think that gear is sh*t and I will never buy from them again.
