how far back do i pull shringe**

i no i need to start drawing back the shringe before i inject,but how far do i need to pull it back...can any1 help?

if you are talking about aspirating, then you only need to pull it back a little bit, until you see "bubbles," this means that you are in the muscle. if you see blood, you are possibly in a vein, that would be sign to pull out, swap needles and try another spot. what are you running and w/ what gauge syringe?

Delts for me takes a bit to get the bubbles, Quads and glutes very easy
