im looking to bulkup with minamal fat gain from 175lbs to 200-205lbs.
right now i am 175lbs and 6'0 and have 10% body fat.
I just started Creatine and I am considering doing juice...here is my info and i would like some info for begginning bulking cycles...
Diet:
Meal 1: 8egg whites, with 1 bowl of oatmeal, with gronolla
meal 2: Turkey wrap, bowl of hard boiled eggs, 2 scoops tuna salad
meal 3. Post workout: Eas Phospergen Elite, and A protien shake(whey)
Meal 4: Turkey wrap, Bowl of hard boiled eggs, oatmeal
meal 5: Protien shake
Workouts:
Monday: Chest and triceps
tuesday: Sholders and biceps
wednesday Back and legs
thrusday off
repeat friday-sunday
No cardio!!!(should I do it???)...abs everyday
