best bulking cycle
im looking to bulkup with minamal fat gain from 175lbs to 200-205lbs.
right now i am 175lbs and 6'0 and have 10% body fat.
I just started Creatine and I am considering doing juice...here is my info and i would like some info for begginning bulking cycles...
Meal 1: 8egg whites, with 1 bowl of oatmeal, with gronolla
meal 2: Turkey wrap, bowl of hard boiled eggs, 2 scoops tuna salad
meal 3. Post workout: Eas Phospergen Elite, and A protien shake(whey)
Meal 4: Turkey wrap, Bowl of hard boiled eggs, oatmeal
meal 5: Protien shake
Monday: Chest and triceps
tuesday: Sholders and biceps
wednesday Back and legs
No cardio!!!(should I do it???)...abs everyday
Green tea pills
Vitrix with Nts-5
EAS Phospergen Elite Creatine...
What cycle would u all reccomend for me, and how can i improve my workout/diet thanks

just doesn't seem like enough food intake to me for a bulking cycle... at your height and body fat i think its safe to say your pretty lean... eat everything man... you need calories... as far as your training it looks ok just keep in mind you always want to tweek your, workout constantly changing things... and you have to progressively lift heavier weights... as far as cycling... i would base it around some kind of test ie. enanthate , or cypionate using a frontloading method... just remember that your diet is really the key along with training and proper rest.

cardio- I do cardio one x per week. 20 minutes only while on cycle- helps keep that water weight down. Also with your morning meal, whats the granola for??? Sugar, and lots of it, I would try to stay away from too much sugar.
If your trying to bulk, throw some red meat in there somewhere. For instance, for dinner I would have maybe 1lb of 93-97% lean beef. You can make tacos or just a few burgers or a simple stroganoff recipe would work also. Any steak is good too.

ok, so i should get rid of the gronolla then, ok i will also its hard cause im in college to try and eat alot cause im at the mercy of the cafeteria which mainly serves ****ty food...so i try to eat as healthy as possible and those pretty much are my only healthy options, so how would i go about adding more calories, oh and i am 19

weeks 1-8 (or 10) 250mg on Mon 250mg on Thurs. SUS (Im keeping it short b/c you are a first timer)
Weeks 1-4 35mg ED Dbol .
You aint gonna gain no 35lbs of lean mass no matter what cycle you do. Plus you need more food.

You're not going to gain 30lbs without a significant ammount of it being water and fat. I'd shoot for a more realistic goal of 10lbs of lean mass if you're not looking to gain too much fat. Personally I go with gaining 30lbs per cycle and just cutting the fat and water at the end. That gives you the maximum muscle gains, but you look chubby for a while.

I workout 6 days out of 7 and have experienced my best results, everyone is just different.
UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...
I use that sample diet in there, I just tweaked it a little because I am 216lbs. You're diet isn't that great. Try the diet in there, and I promise you will start to bulk.

Some of you guys are egar to give cycle when you know nothing about the persom age or history. The idea ghere isn't to be the first to post a cycle, it's to get all the nessecery info then give advise. Advice given with out all the info, is advise that shouldn't be taken ot given.

I agree at 19 you are to young to juice and if you can't get to 200lbs naturally, the chances are you not going to get there with gear, FOOD is the most important part of muscle gains, NOT gear.
