Just a question, what would be a safe beginner lean mass or cutting cycle. Am in a 10 week bulking cycle but am just gathering information for a possible second cycle this fall. Any recomendations.

Currently 6'2, 215 lbs, 15% bf, hope to be able to keep gains in the fall after this cycle around 225-230 lbs, 10-15%bf.

This next cycle will only be worried about getting rid of fat and gaining some lean guality muscle. Any information will be greatly appreicated.
