a good stack
iam just wondering if anybody could recomend a good cycle for me iam 5'9 200lbs and i work out 5 on 2 off so at the gym alot been doing that for some time now i diet really well so ive got those bases covered but iam looking for something to help me get bigger like i want to blu up but at the same time cut a bit like i dont want to be lumops of musckl i want to have some deffention and ive been reading up on differnte steriods for quite some time now and iam lost everytime i think i find a good cycle i hear from somebody its not good or etc etc you know so is there anybody out there that can recomend a good cyle to help me achieve what i want iam looking at a decca test e but iam a bit put off about getting deca dick and not being able to use it

If its a starting out cycle then keep it simple. Test E is probably the best for gains that you are looking for. Accompany that with some EQ and DBol and you will have a very basic but killer stack. Amounts vary from person to person but I recommend you start out slow like with 500mg Test E, 25mg DBol and 300mg EQ and work from there.

I'd do Test E @ 500mg a week for 12 weeks

what kind of gains/results can you expect from doing only test E @ 500mg per week. Would you notice much better gains with 600mg/week?
i currently have some friends doing test E that are in their 2nd week, and they say they cant even feel it yet... its crazy how it takes so long to take effect!! is it really noticeable when it starts kicking in??? how can you notice when it kicks in?

gains are really dependant on diet and training, not the amount of gear you take. It does take 3-4 weeks for test e to kick in too

ok, that is good info.
but how can you tell that it has kicked in?
what types of things can you expect?

increased strength, endurance, weight, more confidence, better well being, possible increased aggression and not to forget ur boys may decrease in size!
