a buddy of mine says the proper way of taking dbols is to dissolve them under your tongue....is this true?
i understand that by swalloing them it has to go through the digestive system but i didn't think you had to actually suck on them :?:

Naw bro, just swallow them. You'll be just fine. The only difference is that you'll have to put up with that god aweful taste if you let it dissolve.
that's a releif...i can imagine the taste being in the ballpark of raw monkey balls

Theres no need to dissolve them. They taste sick!
