You're gonna get responses for both man, just try them each out (starting low and ramping up) and see which is more effective for you since everyones different.

I agree. I can say from personal experience the biggest impact on my choice are the sides. Ephedrine gives me insomnia no matter what time the day I take the last dose. I still rotate both in 2 week intervals. Because of attinuation you'll probably wanna try this. Clen seems to work a little better but you get some shakes(tremors) which can be annoying. Hard to write legibly sometimes even.
Go with both. Rotate them two weeks on two weeks off, swapping them every two weeks.
