Feeling terrible....Cant even breath,..what the hel!!!
Guys,..
Im in my 8th week of test E 500mgs per week. Ive gone from 240-242lbs to a fluctuating weight of 265-270..close to 30lbs,..My strength gains are beautiful...Im reping 314 for as many as 15 reps, then 405 for 3,..squating 405 for 8-10reps,..and overall..my muscles have really just blowned the hel up....My promblem is all the fat and water reterntion...I am so fukin bloated its not funny...My coworker,the other trainer here..was just noticing how much my ankles have swole up. I walked outside to get something from my car and came back in. by the time i sat down and started talking..i was totally our of breath,,,of coarse he's steady teasing me,.."man you are out of breath.//you cant even talk..lol",..it is funny but seriously guys,..even though i feel great in the gym....I feel terrible outside the gym...my girlfriend was teasing me lastnight beacuse i couldnt even get of the couch,..my abnominals did not want to lift me up,..this is some crazy shyt...my cardio is at about 2 maybe 3 days per week,..i will admit my calorie intake is much more than before,.of course thats becaus eim staving all day...Im running nolva aswell since day one,..any good advice...this is urgent..thanks.Last edited by Cuttup; 03-09-2005 at 04:35 PM.

how long have these symptoms been going on? your immune system is lower so maybe you have some sort of temperary illness. how's your blood pressure? with all that extra weight it could be effecting things. do you experience it during cardio?i know i have a hard time sometimes but it's because i'm pushing so hard. feel like puking after most workouts and i'll usually have a nap once i have had my post workout meal

the last 2 weeks have been hard,..especially the last week,...i had to leqave work saturday cause i felt like shyt,..my face was so bloated,...i figured it was allergies but,..it could have been a combination. yes cardio is hell.

During my 7th week i noticed it was harder breathing while i worked out, but im also somewhat sick, and i think i have fluid in my lungs..........

I believe you can go up to 2.5mg ed. I am not sure about extreme cases however, anyone?

Is that recommended as a preventative measure or for someone about to explode? Personally, I never tried the stuff so I can't be exact, I was just helping you out with the research. Someone will be able to help you out, in the mean time; up Nolva, check BP (most chain pharmacies have a machine you can use) drink water, and no sodium...oh yeah and eat bannanas.
Some body help this dude out with the letro

No problem partner. Your boy Cotto got some serious home field advantage against Corley, that stop was bulls***. When Cotto was **** near out on his feet they let him box his way out but when Corley takes a knee they stop it? garbage.

There is no fast remedy to water retention other than a diuretic. However the ferema will reduce it over time. Just take the 2.5 EOD.

I was the EXACT way. I felt the EXACT way. I got some LASIX and WOW!! Once you take it you will piss for 2 hours (pure water) and feel super. Many on here say it is dangerous. This is only if your are cut and want to get RIPPED for shows etc.. If you are bloated like we are, it is OK. Lasix works wonders IMO. Robert

Lasix is a medical dueretic used for water retention. Again, most on here wil say it is dangerous but WOW does it work. Robert

500mg of test enanthate is not really that much...is this your first cycle?
Your gains are good.
Agree with most of the guys here...check your blood pressure, lower your salt intake, increase your anti-estrogen intake.
I guess some blood test whouldn't hurt...just to make sure...
If these don't work...you can either:
1 - stop test enanthate with some PCT
2 - swich to test prop (should retain less water) maybee with some winstrol
you can also try to reconfigure your nutrition...
This is just an opinion...

Is it for sure the water retention causing the shortness of breath you guys? Im on the same cycle, 9 weeks in, i have short breath sometimes, and i have almost no retention of H2o at all.........
