Lean Mass / Cutting Cycle Help
Just a question, what would be a safe beginner lean mass or cutting cycle. Am in a 10 week bulking cycle but am just gathering information for a possible second cycle this fall. Any recomendations.
Currently 6'2, 215 lbs, 15% bf, hope to be able to keep gains in the fall after this cycle around 225-230 lbs, 10-15%bf.
This next cycle will only be worried about getting rid of fat and gaining some lean guality muscle. Any information will be greatly appreicated.

just curious but why are you bulking in the summer and cutting in the winter??

Bulking right now as we speak, just the way it is working out. Wanted to start early in the winter but felt I could still gain alot by just working out hard naturally. Could cut prob ealry in the summer but this is my first bulk cycle and want to give my body to get 100% back to normal.
Per the above is there any stacks that work well together.
