I am pretty sure this is a dumb idea not only will you not get a six pack you would go to deep. winny is supposed to intramuscular injections only!!! if you want to get shredded do winny with clen or t3 but do not i repeat do not inject into your abs. the thing that works like that is GH and that is a subq shot not an intra shot.

I actually have friend that did that. I am pretty sure he said he stuck it in his top ab and all that happened was it hurt like hell. I am sure he used an insulin pin but still go wth delts or tri's. If you feel like stickin pins in odd places put one in between your toes. LoL JK
