    mass keeping opinions

    i would like to hear different methods that you use to keep gains other than the obvious clomid therapy and caloric intake. have researched bridging a bit but not into much detail,maybe an option ,who knows?my way works fair, but iam always up for additions to my routine. any info greatly appreciated

    You could look at the differences between nolva and clomid. ALso worth looking at HCG but basically the same whatever you do - eat like you've not seen a meal in a week.

    why would you look at the difference between nolva and clomid?You use nolva for treating gyno not for keeping gains after.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I really don't want to get into the ins and outs of all, for more info Dr.Evil may help you, i know he's been in this debate for a while with one of the mods at BB.com

    But... The basic theory is that the Nolva is as good if not better than clomid as a post cycle test rejuvinator. Some people have experience of this and back up the theorie while others disagree. Each opinion holds weight and from what i've seen recently you will need a masters in bio-chem to even understand the argument..
