Bro, please try this for 4 weeks:
start with moderate rate tri pulldowns 3 sets 12
then heavy weighted dips 4 sets 10-8
followed by incline close grip presses 3 set 6-8
the press downs don't have to be too heavey they are warmups, but the rest need to be VERY intense! Not too much workload, but every rep counts, trust me this works with the proper diet your tris will get swoll!

I do skull crushers first, then one-arm extensions over the head, then push downs to burn them out at the end. 2 or 3 sets of each, one warm up and 2 working sets. Seems to work well for me. Been doing if for years and they are growing.

You've been working out for 10 weeks and have already done a 6 week winny only cycle... so you started AAS 4 weeks after starting to lift?

Guessing body fat by a pic of your front upperbody is rediculous and nobody could be accurate. Its measured in the lower back, thighs, tricep etc.. You could be super thin on the front and have some fatty parts other places and it will throw off the overall Bf% by 2-3 points easily. spend the 20.00 and have someone do it for you and quit guessing.

leg pics tell people that you dont work out for "the mirror".................. if your legs are huge i'll believe that you lift for yourself... not the mirror...
lemme see some leg pics man...

I think more, he looks very soft, at 12% you could still see some strations in the shoulders and forarms and there wouldn't be creases of fat over the abs when standing. I'd guess 16-18%...

I think pictures are a good way to see, I do not think it is accurate. Hey tycin, 1-cent, longhorn814... What do you guys think of natural pb draining the oil and replacing with flaxseed oil before mixing? gsxxr does this, I think it is a great idea.
