t3 advice from an ifbb pro

this post is just an infomational post in regards to my other post on t3 pct. so for those who know me im sure you can figure out who the pro is. ( but it is not shawn ray ) this is how he told me to run t3. he also said that this was the common way most other pros used it, but not all.

    week 1 12.5mcg ed

    week 2 25mcg ed

    week 3 37.5mcg ed

    week 4 50mcg ed

    week 5 50 mcg ed

    week 6 37.5mcg ed

    week 7 25mcg ed

    week 8 12.5mcg ed

week 9 12.5 mcg tues. thurs. sat.

he also told me that there is no need for pct. he never did it. and you can take 4 weeks off and do it again. he said he and his friends that ran it like this never ran into problems. so i just thought i would post this up for all to read. always great to get some insight from the pros.

I don't like to run high doses of T3 because I get lethargic from it............ I have tried running it a few diferent ways and the best for me is low dose........... something like that and not as long but I do a PCT but I always haven't and my thyroid was fine........ I never had a rebound effect.

Mallet has a thread on T3 PCT. Look into the edu-forums.

thanks BK. i have read most of mallets threads on the thyroid and t3. i just figured the schedule the guy gave me seemed like a good way to go about t3, most of the people said it was too slow of a ramp but o well. i think it is a safe way to play it. really dont want to **** my thyroid up.

thats a pretty insufficient way to run it..but whatever itll work

as soon as the exengonous t3 comes in..your TSH will drop

your not going to mess up your thyroid any more reguardless of if you ramp up fast or slow..its the same, which is not messing it up

True it's the ramping down and the PCT that will keep your thyroid from getting damaged.

Have you ever tried running low doses of T3?........... it works as long as your bf isn't too high and also there are less sides....... at least there are for me. The higher doses would have me tired all day and also the rebound can be pretty bad when comming off.

What would you consider low dose and what would you consider high dose?

There's a vet on this board that only runs 25mcg/day.... that would be a low dose... (or mine, at 50mcg)....

And there are people that run 150mcg/day+... that would be higher.
