    Need to lose weight

    Hi. It starts like this. I left the Marine coprs. 10 years ago and went back to school. I was fit and in shape but very thin. I weighed 167 pounds. As the years went by I slowlly cralwed up to 275 pounds. Now I've worked out alot and built muscle but thsi **** belly just wont go away. I've tried the Atkins diet (which worked), soon I gained it back. So I'm pretty close to Mexico and I head that way to pick some stuff up.

    I get Winstrol , Clenbuterol , & cynomel. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my muscles have gotten bigger but THIS **** BELLY WON'T GO AWAY!

    Any suggestions? Please help!

    two words: diet and cardio. check out the diet forum and read the cutting sticky, do cardio 3-4x a week for 45 min at 65 % of ur max heart rate on an empty stomach. maybe add in an eca stack

    Ok, low carb and high protien? How do I find what my max heart rate is? Also what is an eca stack? I feel so stupid....

    i'd stay away from clen ,cytomel they can b dangerous if ur not educated plus u dont need them. winny wont do jack shlt unless u already have a low bf

    no need to feel stupid bro!

    ur max heart rate should b on the cardio machines but it goes by age basically, how old are u?

    eca= ephedrine,caffine,aspirin/yohimbe. do a search on eca and u'll get answers.

    eca= Ephedrine: 25mgs
    Caffeine: 200mgs
    Asprin: 81mgs
    taken 3 times a day

    got it. I'm 30 years old. I'm heading to a convention in a few months and I want to wow a few people.

    should b easily done if u follow that cutting diet and hit the cardio, best of luck bro

    Pizza and Taco-Bell thats how i did it. JK cardio is a must to get it off.

    ya bro cardio and diet no more sodas no more pizza and stay the hell out of those fast food establishments

    Walk for an hour on the steepest incline on the treadmill every morning. Stop and rest whenever you have to. Do it on an empty stomach. Eat nothing after seven at night. Lift every third day. Don't get fancy. Reduce your calories. Stick with fish and leafy greens as much as possible. Water and green tea for beverages. No ECA, NYC, whatever. Just do the exercising for now, every day, an hour, uphill. Finish it even if you have to stop every five minutes and rest for five minutes.

    You will work it off that way in less than a year.
