I got them off my buddy but wasnt sure if they are 10mg or 20 mg. Its just a small pill with no print on them at all. Any way to tell ? I just started taking two a day.

Ask your friend, see if he knows what brand they are etc.. If you can't find out, then don't take them. I hope you're smart enough not to put something in your body that you dont know what it is.
well i totally trust him thats it novadex but just not sure about dosage. I am going to ask but hes the type of guy that to him if it was 10-20 he wouldnt care he would just take it. To me i would like to know thats just how i am.
i just want me make sure say worst case that they are 20 and i am taking 2 a morning. Is 40 mg going to hurt me ?
