need to cut!
Im 5'9" 195 at 18%bf, currently take 50mcg of synthroid (T4) a day, which i will for the rest of my life. AAS is not an option for me at the moment.
M-F morning cardio (30 min) before work, immedialy after work i do my workout
I believe my daily maintenance calories are 3400, im giong to try to keep it there or closer to 3000
I have some trib and some pro horomones, i would like to keep as much muscle as possible, will this help me while i cut?
and i have a few eca stacks... hydroxycut w/ephedra and I have a bottle of hot rox...
Is there anythign else I could add to speed up the fat burning processs... What do you guys think I could get down to bf% wise in 30 days with just using the hydroxycut or hotrox? would clen and t3 be beneficial to me?

5g flax oil
1g fish oil
2g vitamin b5
ZMA at night
Im giong to try and stick with those numbers, too many carbs?

Read Cutting sticky in diet Forum... since diet is 80+% of your phsique i reccomend you focus on that as well as Low intensity Cardio ~55-65%MHR for a minimum of 45 min on empty stomache every morning fallowed by a Fat/Pro Meal i.e. 6whites 2 yolks 45min after cardio. PM me if you have any q's i get lonely sometimes

i want to see my abs, then after that i'll bulk up again. Thats my goal... and i want to do it in 30 days lol

your not going to see abs in 30 days w/o DYEING .. i see my abs at 10% which is usually universal i believe. which means you gotta drop about 1.8lbs a week which means you gotta have a calorie deficite of 800+ day W/O! going into starvation/catabolic state. GL!
What i would do is take it nice and slow try to drop 1lb of fat a week while trying to maintain as much muscle as possible you will feel better and when you lean up you wont look like an albino ethiopian ...
Or you can just juice it up and pray that works

oh it's def possible i used to cut weight for wrestling but a lot of hard work and a lot of dieting do all the above and i would hit the sauna the last week for atleast 30 min a day if u want to get really cut....

the sauna helps? i could do it everyday if need be...
im thinking about uping my t4 dose for a couple weeks to 250mcg a day, would that not be a smart idea?
